Network Assist is a group of independent local companies acting together to service the needs of insurance and corporate customers nationally in the glazing and fire, flood, water and storm damage restoration fields.

We provide one single point of contact, billing, job tracking and dispute resolution and proactively manage insurance claim surges caused by major flood, fire or storm events.

Network Assist takes national coverage seriously. We are available 24/7/365 to respond to claims via a dedicated team and an advanced web-based workflow management tool which manages jobs when and where they happen.
